Twenty Third Station: TIP, The Ice-Cream Project

The Ice Cream Project (TIP), has become one of the most popular ice cream shops in JB. The Ice Cream Project (TIP) still stands out in terms of taste, texture and creaminess, probably due to the fact that they adopt the liquid nitrogen method.

The four main flavours in The Ice Cream Project (TIP) is original, chocolate, brownie & cream and butterscotch. The orginal have pure, quintessential milk flavour while the chocolate flavour ice cream have a luxurious dark cocoa cream with a lingering bitter-sweet flavour profile.

The picture shown above is the two most popular flavour among the four. The brownie & cream have a fudgy homemade chocolate bites swirled in original cream while the butterscotch is a classic blend of brown sugar bits topped with overflowing butter sauce imparting a sweet and nutty taste.

Beside these four main flavour, they will also launch some special flavour ice cream according to the season in a llimited time.

Beside selling ice cream, they also sell their home-made chocolate cookies. Although the price of the ice cream is quite pricy but it's totally worth it!
