Sixteenth Staion: The Hare by SOT

The Hare is one of the new theme café expanded by Sugar On Top (SOT). It is a modest cafe that aims to serve good food for everyone. The Hare is known for their dessert and passionate about coffee making.

The concept for interior design at The Hare is bright cozy and white. it gaves us a comfortable environment to enjoy our dessert and beverage. Besides, there are sunflowers decorations outside the cafe that give us a garden feel.

This Charcoal waffle is a signature dessert in The Hare. It is crispy on the outside, and flurry on the inside. It was decorated with fresh berries, banana and vanilla ice cream.

Hokkaido Matcha Hotcake is another signature dessert in The Hare. The hotcake is also known as lava cake. It has a crispy exterior, warm oozy and rich mathca interior and an additional crunch from the Oreo bits.
